Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY
- We are shipping the goods, ordered by the user via the chosen shipping company. We work with licensed companies and we have the following standards:
- We are shipping from our office in Plovdiv, Bulgaria to every country in Europe
- Delivery time is 2-6 days, excluding the day of dispatch
- You don’t need to worry about any import duties, taxes or customs fees when ordering from within the European Union.
- Each time your package is sent with a Tracking ID, this allows you to track the package. You will receive an email as soon as the package is dispatched.
- You will see the calculated prices and shipping methods when checking out.
- Shipping days are only counting working days. Please keep in mind the following:
- Due to high volumes during product launches, sales, or public holidays small delays may occur
- Stated delivery times are averages and not guaranteed
- The user is obliged to make sure the goods he orders comply with his home country’s laws and regulations.
- We are not liable if you order a forbidden type of good. The shipment may be canceled due to regulation problems.
